Salinas Restaurant, Golden Cowrie’s newest venture, is inspired by the rich flavors of the country. It offers a refreshing dining experience by reinventing Filipino dishes. Treat your palate with a burst of flavors with pinaugang balbacua, vegetarian sisig, grilled vegetable miki, cucumber agua fresca, buwad and aligue on red rice, Zarsuela de Mariscos and pinaupong manok among others.

Chef Noel dela Rama, who has traveled around the world, brings new dishes to Brique Modern Kitchen. Continental flavors with a glaze of Cebuano zest such as Bacon Corn Potato chowder, Fried Chicken Salad, Miso Glazed Salmon, Crab Cake Sandwich and the Chorizo de Cebu and Mushroom Pasta, are the menu’s latest additions.

The original Cebuano lechon dining experience opens it newest branch at Mactan Promenade, just a few minutes away from the airport. Along with the opening is the launching of their new menu offerings: special danggit, lechon salpicao, and their twist on dinuguan, sisig, Bicol express and kinilaw. Also they unveil their newest set of desserts such as pandan rapioca, budbud og tsokolate, Oreo mango float, and drinks cucumansi quencher, calamansi soda and green mango cooler.
