The different flavor combinations of fresh tropical fruits, evaporated milk, shaved ice and ice cream make a halo-halo, the star of dessert for summer.
With various branches in Cebu, Ice Castle’s halo-halo is talk of the town for its fresh and delicious ingredient as well as its yummy presentation.

Famous for its ice cream-like consistency of its halo-halo, Monbis only sells one type of halo-halo., the special kind. Aside from its usual ingredients, it goes along with crushed grahams cracker, rice crisps and ube-flavored ice cream drizzled with chocolate syrup garnished with Stick-O wafer stick.
Barangay Tisa, Cebu City
There’s a new halo-halo in town and it’s from Kuya J. Different from usual, they used a milky ice for their halo-halo and actually seems like a milky sorbet. It does not melt easily and does not make the halo-halo watery.
