The ICONSIAM Superlux Residence Corporation Limited announced that Southeast Asia’s first Mandarin Oriental branded residences, which are located in Bangkok, are now open for bookings.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok are 146 super-luxury freehold riverside residences situated diagonally across the Chao Phraya River from the legendary Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok hotel. The 52-floor building is located on the 20-acre ICONSIAM site that is a US$1.54-billion riverside national landmark project in Thailand being developed by a joint-venture partnership between Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited, Siam Piwat Co., Ltd., and Charoen Pokphand Group. ICONSIAM also includes two glamorous retail complexes, and a spectacular waterfront promenade.
The Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok will provide management services for The Residences, as well as bespoke amenities for individual residents.
