The Pig & Palm, the Michelin-starred Chef’s first restaurant in the Philippines, has unveiled a holiday set menu that bring the flavours of the season from the plate to the palate. Book your next intimate get-together, corporate event or social gathering at The Pig & Palm. With spaces that can accommodate groups of up to 11 guests at the Chef’s Table, 50 at The Cabin and up to 150 for standing canapés and cocktails, the tapas-style restaurant known for its modern European cuisine served in a warm ambiance makes for a memorable gastronomic affair.
They also bring their Michelin-level dining experience to celebrations at your preferred location such as in the comforts of home with their outside catering service. Bespoke services are available for a minimum of 40 guests with two weeks prior arrangements required.
Holiday Set Menu
Head chef Karl Emsen has concocted a special three-course menu for festive get-togethers at The Pig & Palm.
For starters, choose from the Beetroot and Vodka Cured Salmon with horseradish and mustard yoghurt, Chicken Liver Parfait with toasted brioche and onion jam, or the Duck Agnolotti with onion puree and oat crumble.
Main entrées include familiar favourites on the menu but with the season’s twist. Delight in the Braised Pork Belly with red cabbage puree, spiced apples and granola, Roast Chicken with fondant potato, cauliflower and cheese puree, or Pan-fried Parrot Fish with mashed potato, peas and lobster bisque.
To finish, indulge in a Chocolate Fondant with Christmas pudding ice cream, The Pig & Palm Tiramisu, or the Chocolate and Orange Bread Pudding with mulled wine poached pear.
The holiday set menu is available until December 30 and includes a choice of one appetizer, main entrée, and dessert at PHP1,250 per person for a minimum of four (4) persons. Prior arrangements are required at least two days in advance.
